POLO FACILITY

This project began as the centerpiece for an exclusive residential development. The concept is to create custom, Spanish Colonial stables for the client's polo ponies. The stables would provide the backdrop for the full regulation polo field. Estate-sized lots would then be created around the perimeter of this complex. The master-site plan included a 34 stall courtyard stable with tack rooms, groom's quarters, Pro apartment, 2 game viewing lounges, kitchen and bath facilities, paddocks and pastures surrounded by 1 acre lots and a stone, gated entry.
